Elevation Gain: About 100 feet

Hike Distance : Approximately 6 mile loop on paved bike trails. Remember to share the road with the bikers.

Hike Description:  This is a hidden treasure through beautiful landscape including  numerous majestic oak trees and  interesting foot bridges.  Expect to see the native birds and animals alongside  the active creek.
 
Considered a Suburban hike, the trail  starts at the Sculpture Park near  parking lot of Roseville’s 24 hour fitness.  Follow the Miners Ravine trail to Sierra College Blvd.  Turn around and head back to the sculpture park. 
For those interested, we can grab lunch at La Bou on Douglas and Sierra College Blvd then head home.

Travel Time /Distance: 12 miles about 20 minutes.  This is a $3.00 driver donation .

Special Notes
  1. Bring a copy of your ID (driver's license), Health Card, and an emergency contact name and phone number with you when you hike.

  3. Always bring 2 pairs of shoes, along with a plastic bag to store your muddy/dusty hiking boots after the hike.  DO NOT get your driver's car dirty by wearing your dirty boots on the drive home.
Heavy rain cancels the hike.

No restrooms on the trail.
