HIKE DISTANCE: 4 miles
GENERAL LOCATION: South East of
DESCRIPTION: The trail leads down to the
Yuba River with interesting gold mining sluices and beautiful views. Coming back up the pace will be slow in order
to accommodate those not ‘in peak condition’. The hike will continue on the
upper trail above the parking lot for another short loop. Some carpools may choose to stop in
TRAVEL TIME/DISTANCE: Approximately 1 hour 15 minutes one way – 50 miles
(a $6 driver donation).
