HIKE DISTANCE: Hike
5.5 miles in a semi-loop on paved bike trails.
HIKE DESCRIPTION:
Suburban semi-loop hike, starting and ending at the parking lot for the Olympus
Pointe Sculpture Park, across from the Roseville Automall off North Sunrise
Avenue. Follow the Miners Ravine and False Ravine Trails eastward to False
Ravine Park. Turn around and take a spur trail on the left to Oak Crest Drive,
which leads up to George Goto Park. Stop for a snack. Continue down Oak Crest
Drive and Edinburgh Court and take another spur trail to the Miners Ravine
Trail. Return westward on the Miners Ravine Trail to Olympus Pointe Sculpture
Park.
FOOD
AND WATER: Bring water and a snack or lunch.
TRAVEL TIME/DISTANCE: About 20 minutes to drive 15 miles one way,
depending on traffic. Donation of $3 is suggested for riders. Directions will
be handed out to all drivers.

FACILITIES: No rest rooms are available on the hike
route. There are some big trees.
PREPARATION FOR
HIKE: Sturdy boots or walking shoes are
recommended.
IF YOU HAVE
HEALTH ISSUES, CONSIDER YOUR CONDITION BEFORE HIKING.
BRING THE
FOLLOWING: Bring a copy of your ID (driver's license), health card, and an
emergency contact name and phone number with you on the hike.
ABOUT YOUR
FOOTWEAR: Always bring two pairs of shoes, along with a plastic bag to store
your muddy/dusty hiking boots after the hike.
Do not get your driver's car dirty by wearing your dirty boots on the
drive home.
RISKS: Watch for traffic when crossing roadways.
