Elevation: A gentle, steady up, coming back is mostly down.
Hike Distance: Between 3 and 4 miles
Location: Catta Verdera Golf Course Area
Description:
This urban walk falls under the category of 'Get to know
your neighborhood'. We will walk on paved roads and trail. Hiking boots are not required. Hopefully we will have a clear day and see the snow on the distant hills. The walk should take about 2 hours and we are back in Sun City about noon. No lunch.
Travel time and distance: We will meet at Orchard Creek and drive to Eagles Peak Ln. and Rossi Ln. in Sun City. We will park and walk from there. In case that anyone prefers to drive directly to the starting point, please call the leader. Car fare is negligible.

There are no toilets. PREPARATIONS FOR
HIKE:
1) IF YOU HAVE ANY HEALTH ISSUES, PLEASE
CONSIDER YOUR CONDITION BEFORE HIKING.
2) Bring a copy of your ID (driver's
license), health card, and an emergency contact name and phone number with you
on the hike.
3) Always bring 2 pairs of shoes, along
with a plastic bag to store your dirty shoess after the hike.
Meeting time: 9:45 , leaving time 10:00.
