Ferrari – Wetlands Hike
DIFFICULTY: Mostly easy with
a moderate climb and a steep downhill
ELEVATION GAIN: 200 feet
HIKE DISTANCE: Just under 7 miles
GENERAL LOCATION: Sun City Lincoln Hills – Begin at the Kilaga Springs Parking lot to
Ferrari Ranch trail to Wetlands trail to Ferrari Pond trail and back to Kilaga
parking lot.
DESCRIPTION: This hike is for the casual hiker who likes to walk at a slow to
moderate pace and wants a few rest stops in between. There will be time to stop and smell the roses, to view the Ba Ma
Mu and the Ingram Slough Preserve.
TRAVEL TIME/DISTANCE: From your home to Kilaga Springs parking lot and back

FACILITIES AVAILABLE: Kilaga Springs, Starbucks and Anglers Cove
PREPARATION FOR HIKE: Dress for summer temperatures, wear comfortable walking shoes and a hat or visor. Bring binoculars - birds will be active in the early morning.
